
What happens in the male human body after a full body workout and protein indegestine?
I did a complete workout the body, intense weight lifting, cardio. Then after work I drink a protein shake (20 grams of protein) What is the process of the protein in the body when eaten. What happens to the muscles and body after a workout and feed your body protein? How Where does the help of proteins and what it does?
Your question depends on a few things. 1. The amount of carbohydrates that had pre-school. 2. How much time / severe that drafted No. 1 will determine the amount of glycogen (stored blood sugar) are stored. Number 2 glycogen determined what you'll burn during your workout. In most cases (unless you're eating a ton of carbohydrate pre-workout) your body need to replenish glycogen. In other words, we need carbohydrates and protein after exercise. Reason being is if you only eat protein your body will go through a process known as gluconeogenesis. In this process, your body will take protein and converted to sugar to replenish glycogen (stored blood sugar). His body will be to replenish the glycogen before they build new muscle tissue. Add carbohydrates also increase the ellicit insulin (a very anabolic hormone). This will lead all the cells. This principle of protein-carbohydrate intake and therefore applies if you are trying to gain weight or lose weight. Carbohydrate ingested subsequent years will not be stored as Body Fat. This is what you should look for in a good shake post workout Ratio 1.2:1 (Carbohydrate: protein) 2.Be sure that the protein is quickly absorbed (whey protein or hydrolyzed casein or hydrolyzed whey) for 3.Look a good mix of carbohydrates (medium and high glycemic index) Hope this helps.
