I’m on the 7 day body cleansing detox diet and I’ve had no side effects…?
I started the detox diet on Sunday because I suffer from IBS, here is a little look at it if you want…

The only side effect I’ve had is going to the toilet alot.
I’m 22, female, 155cm and 54kg, non smoker/drinker and work out 5-6 days a week. I was told not to do any exercise on this diet but I’ve been doing as normal with no side effects.
I usually eat alot of sugary foods and overeat sometimes. Why haven’t I had side effetcs? When will I have side effects?
Also I’ve noticed my tummy has shrunk down again, is it because I am having no sugar, no wheat or both?

Targetted weight reduction is quite tough, some would declare impossible, nevertheless the sole method that definitely worked for me is green tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a handful of free trials left, it was highlighted in Fox News and USA Today. I worked off 25 pounds, it definitely does work!

Body cleanse (detox) diet?
i know there are many detox products out there and ones that do different things, when detoxing there are 5 different things your supposed to cleanse, are there any products that cleanse all of them together. what is it called, how much, and where can i get it?
i live in ontario so it must be a product i can get here. thanks

Should I detox my body before starting my new diet?
I usually just jump right into diets, but I was thinking maybe I should detox for like one or two days, and that would give me a clean slate, and hopefully make it easier for me to start my diet?

Unnecessary.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
