Your Questions About Detox Diet Plan 5 Day

I want to start this diet, is it healthy and will going off the pill help me lose weight?

I want to lose 10 pounds by September 1st. It is july 16th today. I have decided to cut all friend, high fat, starchy foods out of my diet. Which I have done very well with, but I am still not losing weight. I also switched completely to whole grain and still am not losing weight.

I am on birth control also. I think its also something affecting me not to lose weight, because I have become softer around my tummy since it tricks your body into being “pregnant”. I’ve only gained about 5 pounds, but still. plus, my breasts didn’t even get bigger! >:[

Anyways… I wanted to eat 1,200 calories one day, than the next day eat 400-700, than switch back and forth. Girls who eat 400-700 every day lost about 3llbs a week. I don’t want to do that completely because I know i’ll gain it all back. So is this a good plan? Its like an every-other-day calorie detox. Plus, i will choose a day to eat all hot soup or veggies or just fast.

I am 146 pounds and want to be 135 by sep. 1st.

Don’t eat 400-700 calories a day, that’s very unhealthy. Your body will go into starvation mode and just cling to the fat cells in your body. Keep doing what you’re doing, 1,200 calories a day is fine. You also didn’t mention anything about exercising. If you hate it, just go for a walk for a half hour, it’s honestly not that bad. Listen to music to distract yourself.

And birth control didnt make my boobs bigger either :( i also gained some weight but i lost it, thank god lol. Good luck!

Dieting!! I need your help Please!!!!!?

So I really need to lose weight for summer! I am currently looking to lose about 30-40 pounds, if possible more in about 2 monthes. I want to be in swimsuit style by july! I have tried many things most recently the lemonade detox diet which made me want to hurl and i only last one day! it was sickkkkkkkk!!! What are some diet you have used that have worked? And you lose atleaset 5 pounds a week? And yes I know eat healthy and workout but that won’t give me the quick results. I still plan to work out. I was thinking about low carb. My mom did it and lost 5 pounds the first week! Have you done it? Were you successful? Please help!

I don’t really feel like re writing it all, as you will soon know it’s very long. I lost 5lbs in the first week I was doing this as well. I’ve lost 10lbs now, as well as I’ve gained a lot of strength, so how much fat have I really lost? Keep that in mind – Muscle is denser then fat.

I am trying to lose 15- 20 pounds in four months?

I am 16. 4′ 11”. and 123lbs. My BMI is 24.8 which is .2 from being overweight. Most of my fat accumulates around my hips, thighs, and stomach. Im trying to lose this belly what exercises do you think i should do for that? I have taken up running and i absolutely love it and i run two miles a day and i will increase it every 2 weeks or so. My only problem is sticking to a diet.
My plan:
1. first three weeks i will transition to a healthy diet along with the two miles and strength
2. By the beginning of summer, i will go on a raw detox to jump start my weightloss even more along with the same workout routine
3.After that, i will go on a low carb diet.
Do you think thats good, if not give me your opinions. do you think i can do this? can you give me some more things i can do. PLease and thank you!!!!!! Im really doing this for my health because i have been stuffing my body with so many bad foods recently. I have dieted before that and lost 5 pounds but i pretty much blew it these last 3 months and gained ten pounds.

Its very simple to do. Fat burns as energy for your body when you burn more calories than you eat. Forget all of the fancy diets. It’s this simple burn more calories than you eat. A calorie is a measurement of heat energy. You have to expend more energy than you intake to burn fat. I would recommend a medium to fast pace walk for 2hrs a day. Do not run it will not be effective. Do not do sit-ups as it will enlarge the muscle.
