I’m a 13 year old wanting to go on the Master Cleanse diet (lemonade diet) is it safe?

I’m 13… I found the Master Cleanse diet on Youtube and looked into it. I have researched and researched and know alot about it but I have one more question… Is it safe for a girl my age to go under detox? I have read it has many side affects and I’m not sure if my body could take it… Please get back to my Question! Thank You!( :

No no no no no that diet is bad enough for adults let alone a young person trying to grow, just eat healthy and exercise.

A safe, teen diet to lose weight and look good?

I’m planning to go on a diet before I start my new school in September. I’ll go to the gym at least 4 times a week (more if I can get there), and I’m not eating junk food. What’s a good diet to look nice, healthy and lose a bit of weight? Also, does a detox work? And if yes, what type of detox?

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
Detox is a con, to make people pay money for by products. If you eat right, your body detoxes itself.

This diet is proven by doctors but you have to make it correctly because everything in this drink gives your body the nutrients it needs to replace the food your not eating.
